The Red Pen is an independent education consulting company, helping applicants plan their education at the school, university or postgraduate levels. We also assist high schools in developing a student-focused, scalable university counseling infrastructure. We currently have approximately 100+ team members, located around the world. Most of our team members have lived, worked and/or studied outside India.

Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Associate in our Marketing team. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with under two years of experience looking to make a career in Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Project managing the ad creation process with copywriters, designers and web developers
• Help manage the launch, tracking, and reporting of campaigns
• Research and analyze market trends
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure campaign goals
• Provide general administrative support

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, sales, or advertising
• Communication and marketing skills
• Around 2 years of experience managing online and in-person events – Agency experience preferred
• Project management experience
• CRM and lead management
• Social media experience
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors
• Highly organized, multi-tasker, good time management.
• Expert interpersonal skills
