Job Description:
The Associate – Human Resources will be responsible for supporting the HR function in day-to-day operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR administration, recruitment coordination, and engagement activities. This role is ideal for an HR generalist with 1-2 years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our counselors support applicants as they navigate the complex higher education landscape by advising on admission strategies, application components, and country and college selection.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and offer roll-outs.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration for new hires, including documentation, induction, and system access setup.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accurate employee data management.
- Support in drafting and issuing contracts, agreements, and HR-related letters.
- Track consultant contracts and ensure timely renewals.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Assist in payroll coordination by ensuring proper documentation for attendance, leaves, and consultant invoices.
- Manage HR platforms, HRIMS updates, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
- Handle exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and documentation closure.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, team events, and festive celebrations.
- Support internal communications related to HR updates and initiatives.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Support in implementing new HR policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a consulting, startup, or fast-paced
environment. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
