The Red Pen, a global education consultancy based in Mumbai, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to increase online visibility, generate high-quality leads, and optimize ROI.

applicants plan their education at the school, college or postgraduate level and also assists institutions to
develop student-focused counseling infrastructure.
TRP’s one-on-one consulting, informational programming (virtual and in-person) and thought leadership
is designed to transform access to quality education, broaden perspectives and optimize potential across
the learning eco-system. Our counselors support applicants as they navigate the complex higher
education landscape by advising on admission strategies, application components, and country and
college selection.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels
(Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve conversion
rates.
3. ManageSEO/SEM,PPC,andpaid social media efforts to maximize traffic and lead generation.
4. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals.
5. Conduct A/Btesting to refine and optimize campaigns.
6. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, traffic, and ROI metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 3+yearsofexperience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
● Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads
Manager, etc.).
● Stronganalytical skills and data-driven thinking.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
● Knowledgeoftheeducation sector is a plus
